Description : These kettles hold about 100l and are heated by direct fire. They are filled to less than 1/2 of capacity to allow room for boiling.

It all starts with the malt. Grain soak. The kettle. Wort. Head. Hops. The wort is now ready. It's now being transferred to the keg, passing through heat exchanger to cool down in the process. Fill up the keg, put in the yeast and voila. Fill up the keg, put in the yeast and voila.
