Description : Adding some grain allows certain degree of control over taste, colour, body and head retention. The grains are put in nylon mesh bags.

It all starts with the malt. It all starts with the malt. Grain. Grain soak. The kettle. Wort. Head. Hops. The wort is now ready. It's now being transferred to the keg, passing through heat exchanger to cool down in the process. Fill up the keg, put in the yeast and voila. Fill up the keg, put in the yeast and voila.
