Description : We use malt syrup as making malt from scratch is a multi-week full time affair. The syrup comes in these huge barrels. A typical batch requires 6 to 8 litres of this stuff.

It all starts with the malt. It all starts with the malt. Grain. Grain soak. The kettle. Wort. Head. Hops. The wort is now ready. It's now being transferred to the keg, passing through heat exchanger to cool down in the process. Fill up the keg, put in the yeast and voila. Fill up the keg, put in the yeast and voila.
